A company is looking for an Enterprise Workforce Management (WFM) Director.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise-wide Workforce Management strategies, including forecasting and capacity planning

Collaborate with operational leaders to establish staffing models and productivity targets

Lead the WFM team in optimizing service performance and labor efficiency across the organization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

8+ years of experience in Workforce Management or operations analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Experience in designing enterprise staffing models and productivity frameworks

Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance / FP&A for workforce planning alignment

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Preferred : Master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline
