Entry Level Pest Control Technician

Seasonal part-time. Great opportunity for budding leaders - veterans, gig workers, high school seniors, college students and more! Entry level position no prior work experience required. $15 - $25 per hour. Seasonal employment (~March through October) In addition, earn over $1,500+ in achievable bonus opportunities: Training paid at $15 hour, End of Season Retention Bonus, Pest Control Experience Bonus, Pest Control License Bonus (we will reimburse license), End of Season Performance Bonus, Review Bonus (per positive review), Referral Bonus (per technician referred).

Assignment Area

You will be working in the cities of Miamisburg, Centerville, South Dayton, Beaver Creek, Waynesville, Springboro, Middletown, Liberty Township and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and maintain a high level of customer service
• Drive to each client's home or business
• Survey yards for pest breeding grounds
• Apply control products to the customer depending on the pest we are controlling
• Make recommendations to clients

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have valid driver's license
• Be able to lift a minimum of 45 lbs
• Be hardworking & reliable
• Possess excellent communication & customer service skills
• Be comfortable working independently
