Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities

Provide fully remote virtual serious illness care management to patients and families

Consult with medical staff and perform virtual assessments of patient needs

Document all interactions in the electronic medical records and support discharge planning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, or acute inpatient care

Master's or Doctor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Program

National certification, licensure, and prescriptive authority in the home state and additional states

Basic Life Support certificate and compact RN license by the date of hire

Advanced Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (ACHPN) within 3 years of hire
