Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical leads to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Engage actively with business stakeholders to understand telecom industry processes and identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose technical improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and interact with both relational and non-relational cloud databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Participate in DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Explore and integrate AI / ML tools and technologies where applicable to add value to business solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
• Proactively seek knowledge, stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices relevant to the telecom and software development domains.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
