Job Summary :

As a MOKA Barista, youll be at the heart of the actioncrafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and keeping our shops running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages

Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly experience for every guest

Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines and grinders

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace

Accurately handle cash and POS transactions

Collaborate, communicate, and support your teammates. Together, youll keep the coffee flowing and the good vibes going!

Qualifications :

Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills

Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous food or beverage experience is a plus, but not requiredwell train you!

Must be available to work a minimum of

20 hours / week

(including weekends), with the potential for up to

35+ hours / week
