Architecture - Practice Leader (Healthcare)

We are looking for a Practice Leader to join our Healthcare team in San Francisco to support people and projects under the direction of the Regional Leader of Healthcare and practice leadership. The primary duties of this role will be acting as PIC / Sr PM on select projects which could include travel and attendance in Integrated Project Delivery Big rooms and Colocations offices, day to day staffing and people management of the San Francisco Healthcare group, and business development. 15+ years' experience leading acute care inpatient and outpatient healthcare projects, with OSHPD / HCAI and local jurisdictions is required.

Leadership

• In collaboration with Practice Principals, develops and executes strategic practice planning and marketing strategies.
• Assists Design Principal and Marketing Principal in the organization, budget and delivery of design competitions.
• Acts as mentor to project managers and other practice staff by providing technical expertise and leadership.
• Acts as mentor by coaching and motivating design teams and individuals; fostering an environment of mutual respect and trust among members of the group as it grows and develops.
• Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
• May act as Project Manager of assigned projects.
• Fosters a culture of external and internal client service.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education and location. The reasonably expected annual salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000.
