IT Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a System Manager Supply Chain IT Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage IT contracts, amendments, renewals, and transactions

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective contract management

Identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure proper documentation in contracts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration

10 years of work experience in Contracting and Program Management

5 years of work experience in Information Technology

High level of professional knowledge in RFPs / RFIs, contracts, negotiations, and legal terminology

Solid working knowledge of Information Technology in business and / or healthcare settings
