Overview

As a Staff ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform's stability, performance, and scalability to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security, and data integrity.

Implement and manage ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.

Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes and improve efficiency.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes and enhancements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and usage.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification from ServiceNow.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, HR, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting languages, and architecture.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
