Position Overview


We are seeking a full-time Mail Clerk to support our daily operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and efficiently.


The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily
• Prepare and send outgoing client correspondence for multiple departments
• Organize and prepare documents for scanning
• Upload and accurately attach documents to electronic case files
• Track deadlines and assist with preparing correspondence as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks to support firm operations
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to remain calm and productive in a deadline-driven environment
