Financial Analyst II
BayCare is seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst II to join our Finance Division. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting and finance who are ready to take on more complex responsibilities and grow into leadership.
What You'll Do in This Role
- Work independently within your area of responsibility, with periodic interaction across all levels of management
- Conduct research on moderately complex financial and accounting topics
- Serve as the financial representative for moderately to highly complex clinical or business service lines
- Prepare and enhance processes for financial analysis, reporting, and general accounting
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis
- Facilitate and analyze data for operating and capital budgets and forecasts
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting
- Ensure compliance with capital asset management policies
- Coordinate charge master services
- Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks
- Begin developing leadership skills by participating in and leading low-to-moderate complexity projects within the Finance Division
