Digital Engagement Producer
Elevation3D is seeking a Digital Engagement Producer to play a critical role in bringing interactive, technology-enabled brand experiences to life. This position supports the execution of digital and interactive components across experiential projects, ensuring concepts move from ideation to on-site activation. The role is responsible for managing timelines, vendors, assets, and day-to-day coordination across multiple projects, while serving as a trusted internal partner and client-facing point of contact. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in getting complex experiences across the finish line.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital engagement projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timing, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Translate creative ideas into clear briefs, scopes, and actionable production plans.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams, including Creative, Sales, Account Management, Strategy, Marketing, Events, and Project Management.
- Coordinate communication, workflows, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.
- Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and milestones.
- Track digital assets, approvals, and revision cycles.
- Support planning and implementation of interactive technologies, software platforms, and hardware components.
- Assist with testing, QA, dry runs, and onsite execution, as needed.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks early and propose solutions.
- Adhere to internal processes and effectively utilize internal tools for documentation standards.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Event Production, Project Management, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. We value real‑world experience in experiential, interactive, or live environments as much as formal education.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, interactive media, or agency production.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with both creative and technical teams.
- Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with live events, trade shows, and permanent or temporary installations is a strong plus.
