In this capacity, you will propel sales and develop robust relationships with property management clients across East Tennessee.

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.

Required skills and qualifications :

• Proven track record in sales or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• No visible tattoos (must be able to be covered).
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
