New Jersey Licensed RN

A company is looking for an RN I.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels

Coordinate and implement care plans for members, monitoring services and outcomes

Document care activities accurately and interact with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma nursing school

Minimum of two years of clinical experience

Active Unrestricted NJ RN License required

Proficiency in personal computers and MS Office products preferred

Knowledge of case / care management principles and utilization management preferred
