A well‑established nonprofit organization within the healthcare and professional certification sector is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long‑range financial planning. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 / yr. W2

Responsibilities :

• Support development and maintenance of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans using trends, historical data, and market conditions.
• Update and validate financial models, reports, and planning tools to align with the general ledger and financial systems.
• Collaborate with budget administrators and cross-functional teams to create realistic budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and design reporting solutions to enhance transparency and decision-making.
• Participate in financial system integrations and testing to improve accuracy, timeliness, and process efficiency.
• Track and report on capital projects and investment activity, ensuring timely reconciliation, budget adherence, and appropriate asset capitalization.
• Prepare materials and financial reports for the Board of Directors and committees, including key data, tables, and graphs.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting policies, procedures, and systems.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
