Collaborating Physician

We are looking for contractors who are MDs or DOs to collaborate with clinicians conducting In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs). We are pleased to offer a signing bonus of up to $5,000 for qualified physicians.

As a collaborating physician, you can earn a monthly stipend based on the number of nurse practitioners and / or physician assistants you oversee, making this an appealing opportunity for professionals seeking additional income.

• Active medical license in North Carolina
• Active medical license in South Carolina
• Out-of-state clinicians must complete at least one in-home visit in South Carolina each year to qualify as a SC Collaborating Physician.
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car accommodations are available based on eligibility.

Interested in conducting in-home visits?

Our clinicians provide personalized IHEs to health plan members, which include thorough medication and medical history reviews, as well as physical evaluations conducted in the members' homes. You will receive a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and you will not prescribe medications, order lab tests, or alter any ongoing treatment plans.

Please note that payment is contingent upon signing and executing a collaborating physician contract / agreement and fulfilling all position requirements. The signing bonus is awarded at the sole discretion of Signify Health.
