A company is looking for a Leasing Consultant (Single-Family Rentals).

Key Responsibilities

Manage outreach for assigned leads, ensuring consistent follow-up from inquiry to lease signing

Coordinate and schedule tours while educating prospects on properties and application processes

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage a personal pipeline to meet targets

Required Qualifications

High attention to detail with strong compliance and document accuracy discipline

Proficiency with CRM and leasing platforms (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium)

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
