As a Security Officer in Dfw Airport, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and deliver customer service that reflects our caring culture. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and building perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor and document access activity such as badge checks, visitor sign-in, and delivery coordination in accordance with location requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by procedures.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and irregular conditions, and communicate findings to Allied Universal supervision and/or location management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
