We are looking for an individual who pays attention to detail and is dependable.
SHIFT: Group A Shift (Sunday-Wednesday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm)
Position Overview: We seek an individual to join our team in the final production stage as a Quality Control Final Assembly Technician.
This is an entry-level position requiring attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.Work Schedules: - Group A (Sun-Wed| 6 am- 4:30 pm)
Training will be during group C 8 am-4:30 pm for about 2 weeks.Key Responsibilities: - Perform the final stage of production, ensuring filters are free of debris by vacuuming the filters.
- Assemble and attach gaskets and handles to filters as part of the final assembly process.
- Conduct last-stage details and prepare filters for quality control inspection.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, precision, and efficiency during the assembly process.
Requirements: - Experience:
- 1 year in manufacturing (Required).
- 1 year in assembly (Required).
- 1 year in production (Required).
- Quality control experience is preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities: - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to read and use measuring tape and calipers.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to differentiate between colors and have good eyesight.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Be able to stand up to 10 hours daily.
