- Call Schedule : One week once a quarter

- Compensation : - $105,000 - $142,000 based on experience - Up to 10% salary increase for Spanish Bilingual - Annual bonuses up to $20,000

DETAILS : - Perform holistic, evidence-based medical care services for health center patients - Evaluate, treat, and care for patients, write prescriptions, provide preventive health care advice and management - Participate in student and / or other clinical discipline training activities at the health center - Participate in the co-management of a panel with other PAs or NPs - Paid 24-hour on-call medical coverage for one week, once a quarter - Saturday shifts only on your on-call week - Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Primary Care - Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is a plus - Unique 4-day work week (8 hours) with 1 full day of admin time that can be remote
