The candidate will work in a fast-paced emergency room environment. The shift will be night shifts, working three consecutive 12-hour shifts. The nurse will provide care for diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Responsibilities include assessment and treatment of various conditions. The candidate should be familiar with procedures such as IV administration and trauma care. The nurse will handle patients with acute medical needs. Clinical responsibilities will also involve monitoring and responding to changes in patient conditions. Collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams is essential for patient care. Candidates must possess current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. You will be expected to work every other weekend and occasionally back-to-back weekends. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are required to manage diverse patient cases effectively. Experience with managing high patient ratios is a plus. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
