In this customer-facing role, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting the sales and retention of our clients’ products and services. As part of a fast-expanding company, you will help enhance customer experiences, foster lasting client relationships, and contribute directly to our business growth.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with prospective and existing residential customers in the Tampa community to support the direct sales and customer enrollment in our client’s products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing engagement.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date product and service information tailored to meet customer needs and enable to choose the best suite of products and services during the sales consultation.
- Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the timely resolution of client inquiries and the delivery of exceptional service.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities and contributing to outreach efforts that help meet company goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client interactions effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client account support in a client-facing role is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities. This is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
