The Role

As Director of Solutions Architecture, you’ll lead a team of customer-facing technical experts who partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success and business growth. You’ll be responsible for people leadership, process maturity, and technical excellence, while still staying close to the field.

You Have

10+ years of experience in leadership roles, including 4+ years in a technical pre-sales capacity, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.

Professional experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and / or widely used programming languages (e.g., C / C++, Java, C#).

AI experience is preferred, but not required.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that result in increased revenue and market expansion.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

A proactive mindset, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and scale teams, driving results while fostering a collaborative, high-accountability culture.

Willingness to travel, as needed.

The actual base salary within the stated range will be based on a combination of factors such as an individual’s skills, experience level, educational background, and other relevant job-related considerations.

Annual Base Salary Range

$220,000 - $300,000 USD
