Job Summary :

City Kia Of Orlando is seeking a friendly bilingual customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, catering to the needs of our customers. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, responsible for greeting and assisting customers, directing phone calls, and handling administrative tasks. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our dealership.

Responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service teams
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory
• Create and maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere in the reception area
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate to the appropriate personnel when necessary
• Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a good understanding of our dealership's products and services to effectively answer customer questions
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
