Our agency opened in 2003 and currently has a team of 3. I come from a high-tech background and made a career change that led me to agency ownership, a decision that’s allowed me to build something meaningful and people-focused. I hold an MBA, CHFC, and WNCP, and I’m passionate about both professional growth and serving the community.

We stay active locally by participating in events like Easter egg hunts and church festivals, and we love celebrating together as a team. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hera Gutierrez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
