Position Overview :

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Superintendent :

• Ensure Projects Stay on Track : Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage Changes to Scope, Schedule, and Budget : Identify and manage scope changes, scheduling adjustments, and cost impacts using structured verification methods.
• Monitor Field Activities for Risk and Quality : Implement risk mitigation strategies and enforce safety and quality standards during all phases of construction.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Stakeholders : Maintain communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep all parties aligned and responsive to evolving project needs.
• Maintain Accurate Field Documentation : Generate and maintain project documentation, including ordering briefs, daily reports, and records of site progress.

Requirements :

Ideal Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting data center construction projects, particularly in roles involving project management or QA / QC. They are proactive, organized, and motivated to grow into a leadership position by working alongside our industry leading superintendents and owning the logistics coordinator responsibilities.
