Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors. Follow all kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures. Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Adhere strictly to company hygiene and safety standards. Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff in Mandarin or English to understand instructions and maintain workplace safety. Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand for long hours and lift moderate to heavy weights. Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.

The Dishwasher / Busser ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware. The ideal candidate is diligent, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitation
- Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, sinks, and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage of cleaned utensils, cookware, and dishware.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to hygiene and safety guidelines.
