Job Summary :

Responsible to carry out patient treatment plan as directed by supervising physical therapist. Flexibility and independent decision-making skills are important.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university for Physical Therapy Assistant.

Three (3) years progressively responsible experience performing physical therapy assistant functions preferred.

TX State Physical Therapist Assistant License required.

Current CPR certification required.

Continued employment is contingent on successfully maintaining current required certification(s) and / or license(s).
