A company is looking for a Provider Network Manager to oversee and enhance the provider network.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and evaluating medical providers based on care quality and operational reliability
Building and managing relationships with providers while ensuring accountability to performance standards
Identifying operational inefficiencies and collaborating cross-functionally to implement improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Five plus years of experience in a similar role managing provider relationships
Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and CRM systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Ability to navigate ambiguity in a startup setting
