Position Highlights * Employment: 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employed with Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal * Scope: Mix of Colon & Rectal Surgery and General Surgery * Procedures: Advanced robotic (da Vinci) and laparoscopic surgery required * Clinic Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, with flexibility in clinic and OR scheduling * Call: 1 in 3 (negotiable) group and ER call responsibilities * Environment: Well-established practice with autonomy to grow your patient base Compensation & Benefits * Income guarantee: $350,000 in the first year + productivity bonus based on collections * Year 2 onward: Productivity-based compensation model * Opportunity for long-term career growth in a stable group practice About Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Founded by Anthony S.
