Care Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Care Model Operations Associate to support the Care Model Operations team in improving health outcomes through operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own subject matter expertise on key vendors and make necessary configuration updates

Partner with Product Operations to scope and maintain playbook requests

Support care ops directors with fact-finding workstreams and rollout support

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in care delivery operations or analytical roles

Exceptional project management and prioritization skills

Eagerness to own detailed documentation and workflows

Analytical skills with the ability to investigate root causes of problems

Experience with Google Sheets / Excel and Metabase for data analysis
