A company is looking for a Senior Associate of Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of M&A, greenfield / brownfield development, and joint ventures

Identify and analyze business strategies, partnerships, and investment opportunities in the energy sector

Develop comprehensive project plans, including feasibility studies and financial models

Qualifications

Prior experience in energy investment banking or related financial roles, focusing on power projects

Familiarity with financial analysis related to power markets and project financing

Passion for Bitcoin and a basic understanding of Bitcoin mining

Experience managing multiple partnerships and business deals through all deal phases

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA preferred
