Kalologie is expanding rapidly nationwide, and we’re seeking a dynamic  Senior Director of Studio Performance and Operations  to be a key leader in scaling operational excellence across all locations.

With two decades of excellence, Kalologie Medspa stands as a premier destination for wellness and aesthetics treatments. Our team of highly trained experts is renowned for their personalized approach, providing safe, effective, and clinically-proven treatments that achieve exceptional results.

Location : East San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento Area

Position Type :  Full-Time

Reports To :  Chief Operating Officer

About the Role

As the  Senior Director of Studio Performance and Operations , you will be at the forefront of Kalologie’s growth strategy—developing and implementing scalable, standardized systems to drive efficiency, consistency, and profitability across all medspa studios.

This role will take immediate ownership of :

  • Building and executing a comprehensive  Operations Manual
  • Implementing  performance benchmarks  and best practices
  • Driving significant  membership growth
  • Ensuring all studios are aligned, empowered, and operating at peak performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage  P&L education and accountability  across all studios
  • Develop and roll out  standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Integrate  data analytics tools  to support performance insights and decisions
  • Coach and support local teams to enhance performance and consistency
  • Collaborate on  strategic marketing initiatives  to drive studio growth
  • Maintain alignment between corporate and studio-level goals and execution

    • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience leading multi-unit operations in wellness, medical spa or hospitality
  • Strong background in operational systems, team development, and data integration
  • Track record of successfully scaling growth and driving measurable performance improvements
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the  East Bay or Sacramento Area
  • Willing to travel regularly to studio locations
