Candidates for the President of Ancillary Operations at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant health discipline, healthcare administration, or a business-related field, with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in healthcare leadership and significant aspects of healthcare operations. The role requires a deep commitment to the organization's mission, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing organizational culture, championing diversity, and promoting a patient-centered care environment. A background in pharmacy, with an active pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky, is preferred.
