Compliance Director

A company is looking for a Compliance Director.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations and maintain a robust compliance management system

Design and execute compliance monitoring programs and manage remediation plans related to audits

Collaborate with product and operational teams to ensure compliance in the development and deployment of consumer credit offerings

Required Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of U.S. consumer lending regulations and compliance management best practices

Proven experience in a compliance role within financial services, fintech, or lending environments

Strong project management skills

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

CRCM certification or similar compliance credential is a plus
