A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Coordinator - Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities
Process new business bind requests and agency bill renewals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Provide administrative support to the marketing team for proposal creation and documentation
Coordinate communication and workflow between sales, customer service, and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in a related insurance support role preferred
Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C) preferred
Experience as a Business Services Specialist or Customer Service Representative is a plus
Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) and strong data entry skills
Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
