Responsibilities

• Assist the Financial Systems and Support Services section in providing customer service delivery consistent with the goals and objectives of the University.
• Provide production support of Financial Systems modules for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Assist in training the University community on the use of financial systems modules.
• Prepare reports and support the University community in using reports.
• Ensure timeliness of transaction processing through the financial systems, integrity of the data, and support closing of the accounting period and report generation.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and enhancements of existing systems.
• Maintain and update PeopleSoft User Roles as requested on the Access Request Form and support PeopleSoft modules as directed by leadership or the Business Analysts.
• Update upper management on the status of financial systems logs and Panther tracks submitted on behalf of Controller direct reports by Business Analysts or SMEs.
• Provide weekly updates to upper management and recommend changes to enhance financial systems.
• Assist in the documentation of Business Processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree and some experience in a related field; OR four (4) years of experience in a related field; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and / or experience.
