First Year Salary Guarantee : $136,500.00 based on a 1.0 FTE

Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)

Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
