In this role, you will analyze and document business and technical requirements, align with stakeholders on test criteria, and ensure product quality through robust test design and execution. You will help shape product architecture from a testability perspective, develop automation frameworks, and support production deployments through real-time issue analysis. This position requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams. Responsibilities: Analyze and document business and technical requirements; establish test criteria in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders. Review product architecture and provide input to ensure alignment with testing requirements. Develop, implement, and execute manual and automated software test cases. Plan and manage project testing activities based on available resources and timelines. Participate in peer review of test cases developed by internal team members. Design and build a robust Test Automation Framework using AWS SDK, Java, Selenium, and TestNG. Identify, debug, and resolve critical and blocker defects. Provide real-time support for issues/defects during and after production deployment. Required Qualification: U.S. Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Science, Engineering, or Technology (OR). U.S. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Science, Engineering, or Technology plus 5 years of applicable experience. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Technical Skills: Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect debugging. Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, TestNG, and AWS SDK. Knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
