Job Description
Looking for your next step as an Aerospace Painter with at least two years of aerospace painting experience?
This Aerospace Painter opportunity is with a company that manufactures high-precision injection molded parts for the aerospace industry. As a world leader with locations across the United States, this company is known for innovation, stability, and continued growth.
In this temp-to-hire Aerospace Painter role, you will work in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and precision matter. You will be responsible for preparing and coating aerospace components that meet strict industry standards. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Aerospace Painter who wants steady hours, competitive pay, and a path to permanent employment with a trusted aerospace manufacturer.
Aerospace Painter Duties:
- Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, stripping, etc.
- Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to specification
- Mask parts and lay out stencils per engineering drawings and process requirements
- Inspect finished surfaces for corrosion, coverage, and paint thickness to ensure quality standards are met
Schedule:
- Swing Shift
- Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
Aerospace Painter Requirements:
- At least two years of aerospace painting experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or GED
