What You'll Do:
As an RN Supervisor, you will:
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day nursing operations of the facility, including developing the monthly nursing schedule.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
Serve as a resource and problem-solver for nursing staff, ensuring a smooth workflow and addressing concerns promptly.
What We're Looking For:
An active California RN license in good standing.
Previous supervisory or RN experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
