A company is looking for a Fleet Client Services Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to technician custody
Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in systems
Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks
Proficiency in Excel and data entry; ability to learn new IT systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
