This is a hybrid leadership role , requiring approximately 75% on-site presence to provide hands-on oversight and team leadership. Ideal for senior engineering professionals who thrive in dynamic municipal environments and value long-term infrastructure planning. Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.A.
Engineering Manager Responsibilities :
- Direct planning, design, and execution of water / wastewater and public works capital projects
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering staff to ensure accountability and performance
- Represent the City in public forums including City Council, Planning, and Traffic Commissions
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to streamline project delivery
- Promote sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement in engineering operations
