A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts with clients and partners
Collaborate with a team to establish priorities and adapt to changing needs
Provide insights into contractual rights and obligations to support management decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software and SaaS customer contract management
Familiarity with CRM database systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or D365
Proficiency in contract management software and tools
Understanding of corporate revenue recognition issues and legal concepts related to software contracts
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
