Assembler. Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire Duration: 06-12 months Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 As an
Assembler, you will:
- Tube Assembler operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules.
Essential Responsibilities: - Comfortable to wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
- Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
- Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
- Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
- Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
- Comfortable to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
- Proficient in problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
Ideal candidate will have - High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $18-$19 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
