Are you motivated customer-focused and ready to build a career in the automotive industry Our Subaru of Chicago dealership is looking for a hardworking entry-level Service Advisor whos eager to learn and grow with our team. No prior experience is required -  just the right attitude and a drive to succeed.

Location : Subaru of Chicago - Chicago IL (60641)

Schedule : Full-Time MondaySaturday

Pay : Earn $100000 per year! (Commission Position)

What Youll Do

  • Greet customers and assist with their service needs
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
  • Learn to prepare repair orders and explain recommended services
  • Help ensure an outstanding customer experience

What Were Looking For

  • A go-getter with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Someone excited by a fast-paced environment and hands-on training
  • A self-starter who wants to control their own pay through our commission-structured pay plan

    • Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license (3 yr min)
  • Must be willing to submit a background screening
