International Tax Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Exposure to various international specialties in our industry, for example :
  • Foreign businesses expanding to the U.S
  • US businesses expanding internationally
  • Inbound real estate investments
  • Investment, Hedge, and PE fund structuring
  • Foreign "Voluntary Disclosure" projects
  • IP migration strategies
  • Expatriate and inpatriate tax planning
  • International tax compliance review for outbound and inbound clients and businesses
  • Foreign tax credit analysis and documentation FDII and GILTI planning
  • Value Added Tax and indirect tax
  • Crypto asset planning
  • Assist partners on international clients with all facets of international tax consulting and compliance quality control
  • Perform international tax research and planning for clients of the firm
  • Assist with business development / identify opportunities
  • Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing analysis and documentation projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in US tax consulting / compliance within public accounting, with specific experience (in the U.S.) in International Tax and Transfer Pricing, performing IP valuations

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Taxation
  • CPA or equivalent credential
