Reservation Sales Agent

A company is looking for a Virtual Evening Reservation Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner in all functions of the Reservation Center

Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality while maximizing revenue

Work evening hours from 3pm to 12 : 30am Central Time

Required Qualifications

Knowledge and skill equivalent to four years of high school

Experience working with the public in a service industry is preferred

Ability to take written and verbal direction

Ability to operate a computer and use the reservation process

Ability to relate to the public and team members in a warm and professional manner
