Resource Specialist

A company is looking for a Resource Specialist who will support independent marketplace contractors in customer and sales services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time chat support and host sessions with contractors to enhance performance

Analyze performance data and communicate client changes to contractors

Review customer satisfaction data and maintain up-to-date client resources

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly strong Excel skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Capability to provide constructive feedback to agents

Ability to work independently

Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
