The Senior Procurement Coordinator has the primary responsibility of ensuring material availability to support domestic property operations in specified categories (Linen & Terry, Restricted Beverage, etc.). The coordinator will work closely with Global Procurement, COE's, Property Operations, and Suppliers to manage inventory levels, expedite orders, support product specification revisions, warehouse receiving and transfers.

The starting rate is $18.24 hourly. The day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Collaborate to determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on item specification, forecast, demand variation, and lead times to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of potential issues. Expedite and defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes.
• Coordinate material depletion schedules through product changes, obsolescence, or supplier changes.
• Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns, and quality issues with suppliers and internal departments for categories managed.
• Daily monitoring of all domestic property inventory and forecast reports for necessary cross-property transfers or additional supplier orders as needed and perform distribution allocations from centralized warehouses.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Procurement Operations required.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
