Overview
We are seeking a skilled technician with experience in troubleshooting and installing audio and video systems. This role will primarily focus on setting up and maintaining audio / video conference rooms. The ideal candidate can have a background in various installation environments, including commercial, live events, home, or automotive.
Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot AV equipment in conference rooms.
- Respond to support tickets and manage the email / phone support line.
- Provide operational support to maintain and improve AV service operations.
- Ensure system reliability, manage incidents, and maintain business continuity.
- Utilize monitoring tools, automation, and best practices to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Experience with the following technologies is preferred : Creston, Polycom, Logitech, 1Beyond.
